The staff were nice and answered my questions without making it a whole thing. that’s usually what makes or breaks these flights for me, because airline stuff is always a bit stressful no matter what. The flight itself was fine overall, nothing amazing, but smooth enough.

We flew with Jetstar with our 8-month-old it was so much easier than I expected. The staff were really kind and helped us with the pram, and boarding felt calm instead of stressful. The baby bag allowance was also clear, which took a lot of worry off our minds. We were really grateful and happy with how smoothly everything went...

I booked this thinking I was getting a cheap ticket, but by the time I added bags, picked seats, and got hit with all the extra fees, the total was way higher than expected?? The flight itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there, but the final price felt like a rip off.

I waited several days to hear back from support, which was frustrating. At first I figured, okay, maybe they’re busy, no big deal. But then I kept getting passed from one person to another and somehow still didn’t get a real answer. Super disappointing, especially because I was trying to be patient about it.

I booked wheelchair assistance for my mum and the staff were friendly enough, which I appreciated. But we ended up waiting at the gate for ages, and nobody really told us what was going on?! It would’ve been much better with a bit more communication

I booked my flight through Jetstar and it was smooth. Like, I went in expecting it to maybe be a bit annoying, but the pages loaded fast and the prices were easy to see before I chose anything, which I really appreciated. Adding baggage and picking seats was simple too, nothing felt weirdly hidden or confusing, at least from what I noticed. Payment went through on the first try, and then the confirmation email showed up almost straight away. So yeah, overall it was quick, easy to use, and saved me a bit of time. Happy with it.

jetstar’s communication was confusing, honestly. The emails came in late, the app wasn’t much help, and it just made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. When it comes to travel, companies really need to be clearer because nobody wants to be guessing about their flight.
